The duties of the commissioners are to formulate policies, oversee, approve and monitor strategy, oversee implementation of operational plans including annual work plans and budgets, provide guardianship of Commission values, monitor the integrity of financial reporting, oversee risk management and legal compliance, quality assurance, oversee stakeholder communications, and ensure value for money.
