How to access and use the Web and Mobile Application for Laws of Uganda
- Sign up with a valid email address and then click on the activation link sent to your email to confirm your registration. You can use the same credentials to log in to the web app from your computer at publications.ulrc.go.ug
- Choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs: Bronze, Platinum, Diamond or Enterprise
- Upon confirming your subscription, a Payment Reference Number (PRN) will be generated, and you can pay via mobile money or bank transfer using the provided PRN
- An active subscription gives a user access to all publications for as long as the subscription is active.
