Various team-building exercises were conducted
Uganda Law Reform Commission staff participated in a team-building retreat at Brovad Sands Lodge in Kalangala from January 17th to 21st. The retreat aimed to enhance staff productivity and motivation by engaging in outdoor activities designed to break down office politics, overcome personal barriers, and eliminate distractions. The picturesque setting of the lodge provided a conducive environment for participants to unwind and connect on a personal level.
Various team-building exercises were conducted to promote effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. The commission acknowledges the importance of investing in staff well-being to ensure sustained high performance. The success of the retreat is expected to result in improved efficiency, enhanced communication, and renewed motivation among the staff.
